Hello...
Time for a change
Nutrition counseling matters when it sticks, when it makes sense, and when it is realistic and useable in your everyday life.
Simple...Realistic...Sustainable
Change
These words are the basis of my work with you.
They matter personally and professionally.
They are the cornerstone of my counseling approach and my everyday life.
Simply put, if the change isn't realistic, it won't stick.
Every person has a story. I want to hear yours.
This is an investment in you. I take it seriously.
What to Expect...
-
Individual work, taking a deep dive into your nutrition and health history to identify areas of change.
-
An Integrative Nutrition approach is a counseling style that considers all factors such as nutrition history, labs, life stressors, willingness, and ability to change.
-
A non-diet approach. If you are looking for calorie counting, points, and a scale, I am not the person for you.
-
Zero judgment. Body-size neutral. Everyone welcome.
-
No promotions or gimmicks. We meet when you are ready for the next step, not based on a set schedule.
-
Developing a personal nutrition understanding of you, giving you tools and information to take with you, toward improved independence for self-care.
-
A new way of viewing food and nutrition. A new understanding, of life-long, sustainable change.
